UK Returns Policy
UK customers can return items using the courier or postal service they prefer. Return postage is paid by the customer, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
The returns window starts from the date you receive your order, not the date the order was placed. Please include a copy of your original invoice and write the return reason on it.
Keep your proof of posting and tracking details. If a return is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot help trace it without proof of posting.
Item Condition
Returns should be neatly folded, saleable, unworn, undamaged, free from odour and returned with tags attached.
If an item has been worn, damaged, marked by perfume or smoke, or returned without tags, we may be unable to refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
UK Refund / Restocking Policy
Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days after your return arrives with us. During busier periods, this can take up to 7 working days.
You will receive email updates when your return is received and when a refund or exchange has been processed.
If items are posted back later than 14 days after the date you received the order, the refund may be refused and the garments may be sent back to you at your own expense.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee where items are not returned in the same condition they were sent out in.
Offers and Promotions
Items bought as part of a Buy One Get One Free promotion can be returned for an exchange or credit voucher of the same value.
If you would prefer a refund for a Buy One Get One Free order, both items must be returned together in resaleable condition.
International Returns / Refund Policy
International customers should use the dedicated Global-e returns hub. You will need your Global-e order number, which begins with GE, when contacting the international help desk.
International exchanges are not available. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the different size or style.

Exchanges
To request a UK exchange, return your order with a copy of the invoice and clearly state the dress and size you would like instead.
There is no additional postage charge for UK exchanges on full-price items. Sale item exchanges are subject to a redelivery charge.
Exchanges are sent using UK Standard Delivery. If you need Express Delivery, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Items cannot be reserved for exchange. If the replacement item is low in stock, we recommend ordering it separately and returning the original item for a refund. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
We may need the order returned for inspection. Once the item has been received and checked, we will arrange a full refund or replacement where appropriate.
