Dispatch Times
In-stock items are prepared for dispatch on working days. During busy launches, sales and promotional periods, dispatch may take a little longer while orders are processed in the order they were received.
If your order contains a pre-order item, dispatch timing will follow the pre-order information shown on the product page.
UK Delivery
UK delivery services and prices are shown at checkout. Free UK shipping is available when you spend over £125 on site.
Next Day Delivery is available on qualifying in-stock items when you order before 2pm, where stock is available. Next Day Delivery is not shown for items that are not ready to dispatch.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order products are clearly marked on the product page. Where a product is on pre-order, the estimated dispatch information on that product should be treated as the delivery guide for that item.
If your bag includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be dispatched once the pre-order stock is available unless separate delivery is arranged.
International Delivery
International delivery options are shown at checkout after you select your delivery country. Prices, taxes, duties and available services can vary by destination and are confirmed before payment.
International parcels may be subject to local customs processing, which can occasionally add time after dispatch. Please make sure your delivery address, email and phone number are correct before placing the order.
Tracking and Missed Deliveries
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. Please use the tracking link from the courier for the latest delivery progress.
If a delivery attempt is missed, follow the courier instructions for re-delivery, collection or local pickup point options.
Changing an Order
If you need to change a delivery address or order detail, contact us as quickly as possible through the support portal. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
