Orders and Delivery
How can I contact Lady V London?
The quickest way to contact us is through the support portal. Our Customer Service team aims to respond within 3-5 working days. During busy periods, including new launches and sales events, replies may take slightly longer.
When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock items are prepared for dispatch on working days. During launches, sales and promotional periods, dispatch may take a little longer while orders are processed in the order they were received.
If your order contains a pre-order item, the dispatch timing will follow the pre-order information shown on the product page.
Do you offer Next Day Delivery?
Next Day Delivery is available on qualifying in-stock items when you order before 2pm, where stock is available. It is not shown for items that are not ready to dispatch.
Do you offer free UK shipping?
Free UK shipping is available when you spend over £125 on site. Delivery services and prices are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery options are shown at checkout after you select your delivery country. Prices, taxes, duties and available services can vary by destination and are confirmed before payment.
International parcels may be subject to local customs processing, which can occasionally add time after dispatch.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you need to change a delivery address or order detail, contact us as quickly as possible through the support portal. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Pre-Orders and Product Availability
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order products are clearly marked on the product page. Where a product is on pre-order, the estimated dispatch information on that product should be treated as the delivery guide for that item.
What happens if my order includes in-stock and pre-order items?
If your bag includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be dispatched once the pre-order stock is available unless separate delivery is arranged.
How do I know if my size is available?
Each product page shows the available sizes. Select your size on the product page to see stock information where available.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How do I return an order?
UK customers can return items using the courier or postal service they prefer. Return postage is paid by the customer, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Please include a copy of your original invoice, write the reason for return on it, and keep your proof of posting and tracking details.
What condition should returned items be in?
Returns should be neatly folded, saleable, unworn, undamaged, free from odour and returned with tags attached. If an item has been worn, damaged, marked by perfume or smoke, or returned without tags, we may be unable to refund it.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days after your return arrives with us. During busier periods, this can take up to 7 working days. You will receive email updates when your return is received and when a refund or exchange has been processed.
Can I exchange an item?
To request a UK exchange, return your order with a copy of the invoice and clearly state the dress and size you would like instead. There is no additional postage charge for UK exchanges on full-price items. Sale item exchanges are subject to a redelivery charge.
International exchanges are not available. International customers should return the item for a refund and place a new order for the different size or style.

What should I do if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you believe an item is faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate. We may need the order returned for inspection before arranging a refund or replacement where appropriate.
Sizing, Fit and Shopping Online
Where can I find the size guide?
The size guide is shown on the product page near the size selector. Use the guide for the specific product style you are viewing, because different shapes can fit differently.
Do you stock plus-size vintage dresses?
Selected Lady V styles are available across an extended size range, including sizes 8 to 30/32. Use the size options on each product page to check availability for a specific dress.
Will prices change when I choose another country?
The country selector changes the shopping experience for your selected destination. For international customers, pricing, taxes, duties and available services can vary by country and are confirmed before payment.
